Reznick Group Forms Reznick Restructuring Solutions, Will Provide Commercial Real Estate Industry with Troubled Loan and Asset Restructuring Services

(February 26, 2010) – Reznick Group is pleased to announce the formation of Reznick Restructuring Solutions. Developed as a joint venture with FrontLine Partners, a Dallas-based real estate consulting firm, the new company will provide lenders, investors, property owners and developers with a versatile suite of loan restructuring and capitalization solutions for commercial real estate assets.

Jim Vincent, a real estate finance and workout veteran, has been named Senior Managing Director for Reznick Restructuring Solutions and will manage the overall practice. Vincent will also manage the firm's partnerships with other preferred providers who may provide specific solutions valuable to the firm's client base and / or which further leverage the Reznick platform. Reznick Group Principals Mark Einstein and David Kessler will oversee the business unit on behalf of Reznick Group.

Reznick Restructuring Solutions will leverage FrontLine Partners' restructuring, workout and structured finance experience and Reznick Group's comprehensive experience and deep resources in serving the real estate industry.
